The Bay of Quinte Region brought us on to tackle a bold challenge: develop a strategy that would simultaneously strengthen real estate demand, tourism appeal, and employment growth. Instead of approaching these priorities in isolation, we created a cohesive, multi-channel strategy designed to lift the region as a whole.
Our work blended traditional marketing with digital storytelling, social media campaigns, and targeted outreach designed to attract new residents, businesses, and visitors. Live engagements—events, community activations, and partner-driven experiences—helped deepen local pride and expand the region’s reach beyond its borders.
Partnerships were a cornerstone of the strategy. By collaborating with municipalities, economic development teams, local businesses, and neighbouring regions, we amplified messaging without multiplying cost. The results speak for themselves:
